ISO 9001 certificering voor Caesar Groep

Als er iets te vieren valt bij Caesar Groep, dan worden er appelkanjers besteld. Begin deze week was het weer zo ver, wij hebben namelijk de ISO 9001 certificering weer behaald!

Gecertificeerd sinds 1998

ISO 9001 is de internationale norm voor kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, waarmee je als bedrijf aantoont dat je continu je processen verbetert. Oprichter Hans van der Kooij vindt het al sinds jaar en dag belangrijk dat we kwaliteitsmanagement in onze genen hebben. Caesar Groep heeft de ISO 9001 certificering daarom – zonder onderbreking – sinds 1998. De ISO norm houdt ons scherp en controleert dat wij ook doen wat we zeggen op het gebied van kwaliteitsmanagement. Dat wilden we uiteraard graag weer verlengen, we hebben een goede naam hoog te houden.

Goed nieuws: we zijn weer voor 3 jaar gecertificeerd voor de ISO 9001 norm. Kwaliteitsmanager Robert Dobbelstein, die het proces heeft gecoördineerd, over het behalen van de certificering:

Dit jaar zijn we voor het eerst gecertificeerd met 0 bevindingen, geen enkele minor of major NRC en geen verbetersuggestie. Daar zijn we trots op!

Deze hercertificering is een mooie bevestiging dat we onze kwaliteit op orde hebben en daarmee IT dienstverlening van hoge kwaliteit leveren aan onze klanten.
